History: Spencer “Spud” Keyes joined IBEW Local 460 out of Midland Texas in 1920. He and his family moved to Terre Haute, Indiana in 1946 after WWII. He had four sons, three of which were eventually union electricians. The Keyes family now has 4 generations in the IBEW. NRK is proud to be a Family Business in the electrical industry
